Author Bio

Katharine's parents taught the course in Adventuring as they traveled the Interstates and back roads of America.

Katharine calls herself a reluctant author because she never wanted to write a book – let alone ten of them!

The Archer Adventures are about a young man who finds himself in a parallel world that lets him develop unbelievable skills. As he travels through this world, he teaches others to care about animals and treat others with kindness and respect. Archer shows compassion to everyone, even those who treat him badly and obstacles melt in his path.

The Archer Adventures were a gift, in the form of visions, from an entity who used Katharine’s typing skills to put the stories on paper. Because she typed what she heard and saw running through her head, her words fill the books with imagery.

Katharine never prepared outlines or pondered story lines. She read the books as they hit the page, often wondering what was coming next. A year later, a rough draft of nine books and two chapters of Book 10 were on her desk. The books were published in 2018 and 2019 in paperback and eBook formats, nearly 30 years after their birth.
